The cleanliness in my room left a lot to be desired. I found cigarette burn marks on the carpet in a non-smoking room, which is unacceptable for a place claiming to be four stars. When I asked for a cleaner room, I was told I'd have to pay extra, which just seems ridiculous. The lack of basic upkeep was disappointing.

The Deluxe Room offered a beautiful design and a comfortable setting. The fast check-in process stood out, making us feel welcomed immediately. Every corner of our room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping was on point, replenishing free toiletries daily. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's rooftop pool, a fantastic spot for relaxation after a day of exploring. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight, with excellent food options and a lovely atmosphere. The location is superb, just a short walk from the souq and the public garden, perfect for leisurely strolls. However, operating the thermostat was a bit tricky, which detracted from the overall comfort during our stay. Also, having to ask for basic items like an extra pillow felt unnecessary, considering the room's luxury status.

This was just an excellent fit for a weekend adventure in Al Wakrah with the best value for money ratio. The rooftop pool was a fantastic place to unwind after a long day exploring the area. Make sure to check out the nearby public garden for a relaxing stroll.
